Order processing

Place the desired items in your shopping basket and then proceed to checkout. On the payment and delivery options page, please choose the type of payment that suits you best. Upon placing an order via our webshop you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Payment options

The following payment options are available in our online shop:

PayPal

PayPal has been directly into the ordering process as an instant payment option. All you need is a login for PayPal, which you can even set up during your order.

Payment in advance

If you prepay your order, you will receive an email with the order details as well as our bank details upon completing your check out. Please transfer the total order amount to our bank account, stating your order number and customer number. After receiving your transfer to our account you will receive the goods ordered. Please note that a transfer within Germany may take up to three business days, depending on the bank running time. The ordered goods will be reserved for you for 7 days. Please transfer the amount within this period. If we do not receive any payment within this period, the reservation will be canceled.

Shipping

As soon as your order is paid and is ready for delivery, the goods will be shipped immediately. Our logistics partners (DHL by default) pick up our dispatches several times a day to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Express shipping

In order to speed up the dispatch of your goods upon availability, we offer express delivery as an alternative. For additional costs, please refer to the following transport cost calculator. Please note that express delivery is only possible from the moment on when the goods are available in our warehouse!
